Greetings in Jesus Mighty name, how are you doing today? What a wonderful week it has been. I thank God for what He has done my life especially the previous weeks, wow God is faithful.
You know the battles we fight in the spiritual realms are real and they have real life consequences, of which not everyone takes them seriously. In my book 13 Years in The Dark World I stated that accidents are planned in the kingdom of darkness then they manifest into the physical. Wait minute did you buy the book? oh you haven’t bought the book. You need to buy it so you can understand some of the topics we are going to be talking about.
Let’s pray: Father Lord Jesus Christ, on this day come to you calling unto your great name that Lord may you again teach your word and enable our minds to understand and action your word Lord Jesus Christ, father we pray for your guidance and the truth to be revealed unto us and we amen and amen.
Life is spiritual, meaning that our lives are not just based on the physical realm that we live but based on the spiritual realm. What does it mean when we say “life is spiritual” ? well it means that life starts and ends in the spirit-anything that occurs in our lives starts firstly in the spirit then manifest into the physical, then this means that before we progress physically we need to firstly progress spiritually.
Actually let’s make it easier for us to understand how the spiritual realm affects the physical realm- remember when you were kid you’d dream playing with water or spiling water in your dreams and when you woke up you’d find your find your bed wet because your body unknowingly released while you were sleeping? Yes that’s how real the spirit life is, and some time you’d dream holding money then when you woke up-you’d find your hand like your were holding something tightly, yes that’s how it starts by dreams.
Dreams are what show us things that happen in the spiritual realm, when we sleep-we’re actually not sleeping, it is our bodies shutting down to reboot(refresh) while our mind remains active at that moment we’re sleeping. Our only get tired of thinking but never shut down at all even we sleeping, the mind is a gateway to the spiritual and physical realm. Mind is a portal to both physical and spiritual realms and dreams are pathway/transportation to both of the realms hence we see things that are about to happen in our lives and sometimes we actually see that will be happening in our dreams.
Some people or some of us actually see the spiritual realm while wide awake but that’s a special gift from God to see things that no one sees. Yes, you’re right by saying “your dreams have meaning”, what your dream is either telling or showing you something that’s happening or about to happen. Dreams are not accidental; they are permitted by God. God permits dreams in our lives so He can tell/show us things at some time communicating a message unto us.
There’s this verse I want us to read Genesis 40 ”Sometime later, the cupbearer and the baker of the king of Egypt offended their master, the king of Egypt. Pharaoh was angry with his two officials, the chief cupbearer and the chief baker, and put them in custody in the house of the captain of the guard, in the same prison where Joseph was confined. The captain of the guard assigned them to Joseph, and he attended them.”
After they had been in custody for some time, each of the two men—the cupbearer and the baker of the king of Egypt, who were being held in prison—had a dream the same night, and each dream had a meaning of its own. When Joseph came to them the next morning, he saw that they were dejected. So he asked Pharaoh’s officials who were in custody with him in his master’s house, “Why do you look so sad today?” “We both had dreams,” they answered, “but there is no one to interpret them.
”Then Joseph said to them, “Do not interpretations belong to God? Tell me your dreams.” So the chief cupbearer told Joseph his dream. He said to him, “In my dream I saw a vine in front of me, and on the vine were three branches. As soon as it budded, it blossomed, and its clusters ripened into grapes. Pharaoh’s cup was in my hand, and I took the grapes, squeezed them into Pharaoh’s cup and put the cup in his hand.”
“This is what it means,” Joseph said to him. “The three branches are three days. Within three days Pharaoh will lift up your head and restore you to your position, and you will put Pharaoh’s cup in his hand, just as you used to do when you were his cupbearer. But when all goes well with you, remember me and show me kindness; mention me to Pharaoh and get me out of this prison.
I was forcibly carried off from the land of the Hebrews, and even here I have done nothing to deserve being put in a dungeon.” When the chief baker saw that Joseph had given a favourable interpretation, he said to Joseph, “I too had a dream: On my head were three baskets of bread. In the top basket were all kinds of baked goods for Pharaoh, but the birds were eating them out of the basket on my head.” “This is what it means,” Joseph said. “The three baskets are three days.
19 Within three days Pharaoh will lift off your head and impale your body on a pole. And the birds will eat away your flesh.20 Now the third day was Pharaoh’s birthday, and he gave a feast for all his officials. He lifted up the heads of the chief cupbearer and the chief baker in the presence of his officials: 21 He restored the chief cupbearer to his position, so that he once again put the cup into Pharaoh’s hand— 22 but he impaled the chief baker, just as Joseph had said to them in his interpretation.
So the two had dreams as we just read and this shows us the importance of dreams and their meaning, also to keep in mind is that a dream can either make you sad or happy and that’s depending on the type of dream you having. Remember the mind is a gateway to the spirit realm and dreams are the pathway for both spiritual and physical realms then therefor we need to be careful of who we choose to share our dreams with because not everyone will interpret with the spirit of God and some dreams can’t be easily interpreted by anyone. Genesis 40 shows how dreams have a meaning unto our lives and mind you some dreams take years to come into fruition and some take a day two for them to happen. And also we can’t compare with each other because we are different people with different assignments in life and we need each other as well.
The physical realm is dependent on the spiritual because life starts in the spirit. There are times when you go to a certain place and when you get there you’ll feel like you’ve been there before and that feeling comes strongly as if you were really there before and that’s you’ve actually been there before-and that’s because of you have dreamt of the place and your mind knows when you were there. Continue to pay attention to your dreams and when you want an interpretation ask someone who trustworthy to interpret for you.
